Zigbee and Thread EFR32MG13 SoCs (Series 1)

The EFR32MG13P733F512IM48 includes a 40 MHz ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller (MCU) with 512 Flash, 64 RAM and a rich peripheral set in a QFN48 package. With 19 dBm maximum output power and receive sensitivity of -102.7 (250 kbps O-QPSK DSSS), the device provides an excellent link budget for greater range and reliable RF communications.  Built with low-power Gecko technology, which includes innovative low energy techniques, fast wake-up times and energy saving modes, the EFR32MG13P733F512IM48 reduces overall power consumption and maximizes battery life. The EFR32MG13P733F512IM48 includes wireless networking stacks for Zigbee,  Thread, and Bluetooth low energy. The device also includes support for proprietary wireless protocol development.
