The EFM32PG23B310F256IM48 is an ARM Cortex-M33 based microcontroller (MCU) with speeds up to 80 MHz. Built on the secure, ultra-low-power xG23 platform that includes innovative low energy features as well as high performance, the EFM32PG23B310F256IM48 MCU is ideal for a wide range of battery-powered or energy sensitive applications. This device includes 256 kB Flash, 64 kB RAM, 32 GPIO, 80 segment LCD controller, 16-channel ADC with options for 12, 16, or 20-bit resolution, 2 x analog comparators, a 2-ch VDAC, and multiple communication interfaces, and best-in-class security with Secure Vault™ in a compact QFN48 package
