C8051F331 8051 8-bit Microcontroller

The C8051F331 is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8-bit MCU featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25 MHz performance. The MCU offers 8 kB Flash, 0.75 kB RAM along wtih additional communication interfaces and 4 x 16-bit Timers in a 4x4 mm, QFN20. On-chip analog features include a — ADC, — DAC, 1 comparators. With on-chip Power-On Reset, VDD monitor, Watchdog timer, a ±2 internal oscillator, the C8051F331 MCU is a truly stand-alone System-on-chip solution making it ideal for applications such as Battery chargers, electronic toys and games, motor control and optical communications.
