Si7006-A20-IM Digital Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensor with I2C Interface

The Si7006-A20-IM digital relative humidity and temperature sensor integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing and an I2C interface in a single chip. The Si7006-A20-IM has a temperature accuracy of ±1 °C and a relative humidity accuracy of ±5%. The innovative CMOS design also offers the lowest power consumption in the industry for a relative humidity and temperature sensor. With full factory calibration, the Si7006-A20-IM requires no addition RH/temperature calibration during PCB assembly.
