This Bluetooth workshop provides hands-on training and teaches users how to develop and deploy ultra-low-power, secure Bluetooth connectivity with the BG22 with Simplicity Studio v5.

Overview

The final part of the workshop focuses on the security features of the BG22 Bluetooth device. The beginning of the material covers Why proper levels of security are being added to new IoT devices. The remainder of the lecture covers how the BG22 introduces two valuable security capabilities: Secure Debug Lock/Unlock and Secure Boot with Root of Trust. The Secure Boot with Root of Trust introduces concepts of how Private/Public Keys are used.
