Bluetooth Low Energy EFR32BG22 SoCs (Series 2)

EFR32BG22C224F512IM40 EFR32BG22 Series 2 wireless SoCs include a  76.8 MHz ARM Cortex-M33 core, providing plenty of processing capability, while integrated security features provide fast encryption, secure boot loading and a debug access control. This device includes 512 kB of flash, 32 kB of RAM and is available in a QFN40 package. With up to 6 dBm maximum power output and an excellent receive sensitivity of -98.9 (1 Mbit/s GFSK) dBm, the EFR32BG22C224F512IM40 provides a robust RF link for reliable communications and industry-leading energy efficiency for Bluetooth LE data transfer, location services and Bluetooth mesh low power node applications. EFR32BG22C224F512IM40 devices use the same tools as EFR32BG Series 1, providing easy migration and fast time-to-market with development kits, SDKs, mobile apps and our patented network analyzer.
