EFR32FG14 Proprietary Wireless SoCs

EFR32FG14 wireless solutions combine an energy-friendly microcontroller (MCU) with a highly integrated radio transceiver supporting 2.4 GHz and Sub-GHz proprietary wireless protocols. Ideal for proprietary modulation schemes including OOK, shaped FSK, shaped OQPSK, DSSS modulation techniques, and FEC, the single-die solution provides industry-leading energy efficiency, ultra-fast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier, an integrated balun and no-compromise MCU features. The devices are well suited for any battery operated application as well as other systems requiring high performance and low energy consumption.
