Materials that require password access are Silicon Laboratories confidential and/or proprietary. All materials in this website are provided solely as a service to Silicon Laboratories’ customers and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, without prior written permission from Silicon Laboratories.
1. Definitions & Scope.
For purposes of these Terms:
“Website” includes www.silabs.com and all associated pages, interactive features, tools, downloads (including software, firmware, SDKs, documentation), developer resources, community features, and AI Enabled Features provided by Silicon Laboratories Inc. and its subsidiaries (referred to herein as “Silicon Labs” or “we”).
“AI Enabled Features” means features or services made available through the Website that utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies to generate outputs, recommendations, modifications, content, code, analyses, or responses (“AI Outputs”). AI-Enabled Features may be offered in beta, preview, or generally available (GA) form.
“User Content” means any information, data, feedback, messages, code, or other materials submitted, uploaded, or posted by a user through the Website.
Certain content, services, or transactions available through the Website are governed by separate terms, including but not limited to the Privacy Notice, Community Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Master Software License Agreement or applicable software license agreements. In the event of a conflict, the applicable separate agreement will control.
2. Use of Website & AI Enabled Features.
Use of the Website and any AI Enabled Features is subject to these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it.
The use of automated systems or software, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or AI controlled systems, to extract data or images from this website for commercial purposes (e.g., screen, web or data scraping) is not permitted.
No express or implied licenses are granted to any intellectual property rights except as expressly set forth in these Terms or in applicable separate agreements.
3. AI Enabled Features and AI Outputs.
AI Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, validating, testing, and verifying any AI Output before using it in any design, development, manufacturing, deployment, or decision-making process. AI Outputs do not constitute engineering advice, safety guidance, product design approval, or professional services of any kind. AI Outputs are provided “AS IS.” Silicon Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding AI Outputs, including with respect to accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Unless expressly permitted under a separate written agreement, you should not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through AI Enabled Features. Silicon Labs shall have no liability arising from the submission of such information.
Silicon Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI Enabled Feature at any time, including beta or GA offerings, without notice or liability.
4. Website Content.
Silicon Laboratories endeavors to provide this website and the items therein with a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, Silicon Laboratories does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials, information, graphics, links or any other items contained in this website. Silicon Laboratories may change, remove, or update any content in this website or may modify or discontinue the products described herein at any time without notice as it deems necessary.
5. General Disclaimer.
ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, SERVICES, AI ENABLED FEATURES, AND AI OUTPUTS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." 6. Limitation of Liability.

7. Intellectual Property.
a. Please reference the Silicon Labs Trademark Use Guidelines for a list of Silicon Labs trademarks and related guidelines. All other products or brand names mentioned herein are trademarks of their respective holders.
b. Procedures for Making claims of Copyright Infringement. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 USC §512), Silicon Laboratories Inc. is registered with the United States Copyright Office as a Service Provider. Any notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be sent to the Service Provider’s Designated Agent in the English language at legal@silabs.com.
8. Export Compliance.
Silicon Laboratories Inc. is a United States corporation. Any users of this site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including U.S. export laws and regulations.
9. Software, Firmware, and Development Tools.
Any software, firmware, SDKs, development tools, or related materials made available through the Website are licensed — not sold — and are governed exclusively by the applicable software license agreement, including the Master Software License Agreement, or other license terms provided with such materials. Nothing in these Terms grants any rights to use software except as expressly permitted under the applicable software license agreement.
10. Privacy.
Use of personal information collected through the Website is governed by the Silicon Labs Privacy Notice, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described therein.
11. Terms of Purchase.
These Terms do not govern product sales. Any purchase of products or services through Silicon Labs is governed exclusively by the Terms and Conditions of Sale or other applicable commercial agreements.
12. Miscellaneous.
Using this website in violation of its terms, applicable laws, and/or key usage constraints, is unauthorized and prohibited. Texas law, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions, will govern any claim or dispute arising from, or relating to, this website. Any communications sent to Silicon Laboratories through this website shall become the property of Silicon Laboratories and will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary as to the sender.
