The EFR32MG26B221F2048IM68 is an ideal solution for 802.15.4 wireless networks including Zigbee, Thread, and Matter over Thread devices. This feature rich device provides 2048 kB Flash and 256 kB RAM, best in class RF performance including -105.4 dBm receive sensitivity for 802.15.4 and 19.5 dBm output power, with low current consumption.

This Tri-Core device includes an ARM Cortex-M33 running up to 78 MHz for the main core, while the dedicated radio core offloads timing critical radio functions. The dedicated Secure Vault™ security core protects both your data and device.

This all comes together to provide the most feature reach solution for your smart home, smart lighting, and smart building applications.
