EFM8™ Universal Bee 8-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs)

The Universal Bee family of EFM8™ microcontrollers (MCUs) is ideal for space constrained USB applications. Universal Bee MCUs operate at up to 48 MHz and the family includes devices with a low-power USB 2.0 peripheral interface, charger detect circuit, 8 kV ESD protection, and enhanced high-speed communication interfaces.
