Giveaway Name: xG24 Kit Giveaway

1. Eligibility: The Silicon Labs xG24 Kit Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only qualified entries and who are at least 18 years old as of the date of his or her entry. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of Austria, Canada (excluding Quebec), Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States of America including Washington D.C. and is void where prohibited by law. The Giveaway is not open to India, Russia or Ukraine. Employees of Silicon Laboratories Inc. (“Silicon Labs”) or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Giveaway is void in all countries and states where such promotions are prohibited. All giveaways are subject to review and solely at the discretion Silicon Labs. Personal email and competitor entries will NOT be eligible for a giveaway.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein
3. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Silicon Labs as final and binding as it relates to the Giveaway. By submitting this form you also accept communications from Silicon Labs.
   
4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted only from September 8, 2025 to November 30, 2025.
5. How to Enter: Submit the entry form with the following requirements, 1) all fields must be completed with proper answers 2) all entries require a work email, any personal emails will be discarded. The entry must fulfill all required fields as specified, to be eligible for the Giveaway.Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Silicon Labs. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Silicon Labs.
6. Prizes & Odds of Winning: The approved recipients will receive a Silicon Labs EFR32xG24 Explorer Kit valued at $39. No substitution will be made. The odds of receiving a kit are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period and at the sole discretion of Silicon Labs.
7. Name Image and Likeness: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Silicon Labs to use the winner's name, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Selection and Notification: The first qualified five hundred (500) entrants who fulfill all requirement of the Giveaway will receive a kit. The recipients will receive communication on approval. The Giveaway recipient is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt of the prize, if any. Silicon Labs shall have no liability for a recipient’s failure to receive notices due to recipients spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The receipt of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SILICON LABS’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILLRESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
10. Terms: Silicon Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Silicon Labs reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or violates these Rules of Entry. Silicon Labs has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway you agree to receive email or other communications periodically from Silicon Labs. You understand and agree that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, and any comments, questions or concerns regarding the Giveaway shall be directed to the Giveaway Facilitators and not to LinkedIn.
11. Limitation of Liability: Silicon Labs is not responsible for human error, theft, destruction, or damage to entries or other factors beyond its reasonable control. You assume all risk of damaged, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, incorrect or misdirected entries. Silicon Labs shall not be liable to a winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of the prize becoming, for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Silicon Labs, unavailable or impracticable to award, or for any force majeure event, technical or equipment failure, terrorist acts, labor dispute, or act/omission of any kind (whether legal or illegal), transportation interruption, civil disturbance, or any other cause similar or dissimilar beyond the Organizer’s control. By entering the Giveaway you agree to release and hold Silicon Labs and its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors harmless from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) your participation in the Giveaway and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway itself; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE SITE AND ANY CONTEST SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE SUCH LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION SHALL APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW IN THE RELEVANT JURISDICTION.
12. Disputes: These official rules of entry shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, and the laws of the United States, as applicable herein, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including the formation, interpretation, breach or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration T&Cs. The Tribunal will consist of a single arbitrator. The place of arbitration will be Austin, Texas. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings will be English. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. All claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in thisGiveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees. You hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim or be awarded any punitive, direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (ii) to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All parties agree to waive their right to trial by jury.
