Bluetooth Low Energy EFR32BG26 SoCs (Series 2)

The EFR32BG26B510F3200IL136 is an ideal solution for Bluetooth wireless connectivity for smart home, commerdial and residential lighting, and smart building applications. The feature rich device provides 3200 kB Flash and 512 kB RAM, best in class RF performance including -105.4 dBm receive sensitivity and 10 dBm output power, with low current consumption.

This Tri-Core device includes an ARM Cortex-M33 running up to 78 MHz for the main core, while the dedicated radio core offloads timing critical radio functions. The dedicated security core provides the highest level of security and is designed for PSA Certification Level 3 security, ensuring the protection of both your data and device.

In addition to the multiple cores, the device has an AI/ML hardware accelerator that can reduce both the time and power needed for AI/ML inferencing at the edge, including predictive maintenance, glass break detection and even wake-word detection.
