The SiWG917Y111MGN Wi-Fi module provides ultra-low-power Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4, and Matter for battery-powered IoT devices. The fully integrated, shielded module includes an — and worldwide RF regulatory certifications, simplifying development and certification work. The SiWG917Y111MGN has an ARM Cortex running at 180 MHz application MCU and a dedicated Network Wireless Processer (NWP) running at a 160 MHz as well as 8192 kB flash 672 kB RAM and support for external PSRAM. An AI/ML Hardware Accelerator offloads inferencing from the application MCU, reducing latency and lowering current consumption. The advanced security engine provides PSA Level 2 Certification while a rich set of peripherals and an intelligent power management rounds out the system to provide the ideal single chip device for secure, low power Wi-Fi IoT devices.

If for business, technical or other reasons beyond Silicon Labs’ reasonable control, Silicon Labs finds that it is necessary to discontinue a product, our policy is to issue an EOL notice that provides 6 months from notice to place final orders and 12 months from notice for final shipments. This policy complies with the JEDEC standard EIA/JESD48 that is commonly used in the semiconductor industry. We provide the required support for a product for its full life cycle.
