EFR32MG21B020F512IM32 EFR32MG21 Series 2 wireless SoCs include a 80 MHz ARM Cortex-M33 core, providing plenty of processing capability while an integrated security subsystem provides leading security features that greatly reduce the risk of IoT security breaches and compromised intellectual property. The device includes Secure Vault, 512 Flash, 64 RAM and is available in a QFN32 package. With up to + 20 dBm maximum power output and excellent receive sensitivity of -104.3 (250 kbps O-QPSK DSSS) dBm, the EFR32MG21B020F512IM32 provides a robust RF link for reliable communications for Zigbee, Thread and multiprotocol applications and enables greater range and reliable RF communications. EFR32MG21B020F512IM32 uses Simplicity Studio 5 development tools, providing easy migration and fast time-to-market with development kits, SDKs, mobile apps and our patented network analyzer.
